Eligibility :

For BTech
Candidates should be a pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science.
be born on or after 01 October 1 984.
appear in AIEEE 2009 examination being conducted by CBSE on 26 April 2009.
submit a separate application to DA-IICT in the prescribed Application Form.

Selection Process: Short-listed candidates will be called for counselling at DA-IICT and selection for admission will be based on the All India Rank of AIEEE 2009. Details are available at DA-IICT website. A limited number of seats will be offered through a separate channel called 'Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students' (DAFS) to Non Resident Indians, Foreign Nationals and Persons of Indian Origin.

Scholarships: DA-IICT offers merit and merit-cum-means scholarships for BTech students. In each category five students are awarded scholarships equivalent to full tuition fees.

How To Apply:

At selected Branches of Axis Bank (formerly UTI Bank), as given below, by paying Rs. 800/-.

Sending a demand draft of Rs. 850/- to the Institute. The draft should be in favour of DA-IICT and payable at Ahmedabad.

Apply online at by making an online payment (through credit card) of Rs. 800/-

For MTech

BE/B Tech/M Sc in: ICT/CS/IT/EE/ECE/I&C or equivalent Minimum 60% at the bachelor's level in the disciplines specified above is required.

How To Apply:

A candidate can submit an application either online (preferably) or offline. The application fee is Rs. 800/- (online) and Rs. 1000/- if a candidate downloads the form and sends the hard-copy. In both cases, the draft needs to be sent by courier/registered post.

Financial Assistance:

Candidates admitted to M Tech would be eligible to get teaching Assistantship of Rs. 7500/- per month. Candidates admitted to PhD program will be eligible for a stipend varying from Rs. 12000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month.
