The prospectus and the application form can be obtained on any working day from Room No. 31 (Arts Faculty Building) Department of Hindi, University of Delhi, South Campus by paying Rs 75/- in cash or through Bank Draft of Rs 75/- in favor of Director, University of Delhi, South Campus from the date of publication of this advertisement from 1.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. To obtain the application form by Post a self-addressed envelope (approx. 20 cms. X 25 cms.) affixed with Rs 10/- postage stamp should be sent to Professor Incharge, Department of Hindi, University of Delhi, South Campus, Benito Juarez Marg, Dhaula Kuna, New Delhi-110021.

Last date of submission of the Application: Wednesday, 20, May 2009.
The Entrance Test would be held on Sunday, Dated: 31 May 2009 at 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon.

The University of Delhi was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the then Central Legislative Assembly. Only three colleges existed then in Delhi: St. Stephens College founded in 1881, Hindu College founded in 1899 and Ramjas College founded in 1917, which were affiliated to the University
