Admission Procedure : Please note that Admissions are purely on merit & first-come-first-serve-basis strictly as per University guidelines. No Relaxation in Eligibillity criteria.

Admission Criteria: UPES Law Studies Test (UL-SAT) followed by Group Discussion & Interview.

Date of UPES Law Studies Test (UL-SAT): May 16,2009,9.30-12.30 hours.

Test Centres: Bangalore,Bhopal,Delhi,Dehradun,Jaipur,Kolkata,Lucknow,Mumbai

UL-SAT entrance test paper shall comprise of:
Language Comprehension
Quantitative & Numerical Ability
Logical Reasoning
Legal General Knowledge
Legal Aptitude

LAST DATE to Submit filled in OMR Application Form : APRIL 29th’09

Amount to be paid soon after Selection : First Semester Fee

Amount to be paid at the time of Registration (or earlier):

i) Refundable Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/-(one time)

ii) Industrial Tour : Rs. 13,000/- (one time)

Personality Develepment Programme:Rs.15,000/-(one time along with 3rd semester Fee)

Alumni Fee: Rs. 1,500/- (one time in 7th Semester)

Limited Hostel facility available for boys at Dehradun

Hostel: Rs.62,500/- per annum

Hostel Security: Rs.10,000/- (one time)

For girl students at Dehradun the University has identified privately managed hostels. As the University does not have any formal tie up with these hostels, the students are advised to directly contact these hostels for accommodation. However, such boarders will have to follow the Rules and Regulations as laid down by respective hostels.

Date of Birth/Who can Apply:

Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1987 are eligible. Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic. Students who have appeared in 12th class Board exams may also appear.

2.Cash: Applications may also be purchased in cash from Gurgaon/Delhi/Dehradun/Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Rajahmundry & Hyderabad .
