Culinary Academy Of India (CAI)

Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts (BCTCA)
Eligibility:     

Candidate should be 17 years of age at the time of commencement of the course.

A pass in any 10+2 scheme approved by the Osmania University with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream.

Candidate for who English is not their medium of instruction must demonstrate competency in English. In the selection procedure at the time of enrollment.

Non Resident Indians (NRI) should submit their relevant documents.

Certificate Course in Food Production and Patisserie (CCFPP)
Eligibility:     

Candidate should be minimum 16 years of age on or before the date of commencement of the course and not more than 25 years (30 years in case of SC & ST candidates).

A pass in Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as medium of instruction

Candidates completing SSC in languages other than English should demonstrate competency in Englishduring the selection process.

Experience in Food / Culinary Industry is recommended but not necessary.

The candidate should submit photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the application

Diploma in Cruise Galley Operations (DCGO)

Eligibility:     

Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of the course.

Bachelor of Hotel Management / Diploma in Hotel Management / Bachelor of Culinary Arts with a minimum of one year experience in professional food service operations.

The candidate should submit photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the application.

Application Form is availed from the academy’s Administration Office on payment of RS. 500/- in cash or D.D. drawn in favour of Paragon Educational Society, payable at Hyderabad.
